TCTEC User Service Agreement


Before registering as a user, please read this User Registration and Use of APP Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") carefully to ensure that you fully understand the various terms of this Agreement. By registering, logging in, or using the services, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with all the terms, you have no right to register, log in, or use the services.


This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations between TranCao Ventures LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and users regarding the TCTEC Smart Voice Recorder App (hereinafter referred to as "APP") software service (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). "User" refers to individuals who register, log in, and use the APP service. The Company may update this Agreement at any time. Once the updated terms are announced, they will replace the original terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the Agreement in the APP and are advised to pay attention to updates to avoid misunderstandings and disputes. If you do not accept the modified terms, please stop using the APP immediately. Continued use of the APP signifies acceptance of the modified Agreement.


  1. Ownership and Proprietary Rights

The ownership and operation of the Service are under TranCao Ventures LLC. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other components of the Service (“Materials”) provided by the Company are safeguarded by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials integrated into the Service are the property of the Company or its third-party licensors. Without explicit authorization from the Company, you are not permitted to use the Materials. The Company reserves all rights to the Materials not explicitly granted in these Terms.


  1. User Account Registration Requirements
  2. Users must register for a personal account using a valid email address not associated with an existing or banned account.
  3. Users must authorize the public use of their personal information during the registration process.
  4. Users must allow their mobile device identification code and other information to be used for registration.
  5. The Company may collect personal information to contact users or provide a better experience. This information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, mobile phone number, and email address, and will be subject to the constraints of the second article of user personal privacy information protection.


III. Protection of Users' Personal Privacy Information

  1. In the event of a violation of this Agreement, the Company has the right to review and delete relevant content, including user information, uploads, and posting records, without notice. The Company may impose penalties such as warnings, account bans, device bans, and feature bans.
  2. Banned users may contact the APP's backend or the Company publicly, and banned functions will be automatically restored after the ban period expires. Users may also submit an appeal, which the Company will review.
  3. Users who violate relevant laws, regulations, or provisions of this Agreement may be subject to penalties and legal action. The Company may report relevant information to authorities, and users shall bear all legal responsibilities.
  4. Users who violate this Agreement and cause third-party claims, demands, or losses shall compensate the Company and related parties and indemnify them against any harm, including reasonable attorney fees.
  5. The Company may collect certain information to improve the user experience. This information includes, but is not limited to, the IMEI code, MAC address, advertising identifier IDFA, system version number, device model, and other details. This information is used to analyze product usage, judge version upgrades, investigate crash causes, and continuously improve the products. This information does not involve users' personal identity or other private information.


  1. User Content Standards
  2. User Content includes any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users during their use of the APP service, such as registration information, account avatars, names, user descriptions, text, symbols, logos, voice, pictures, videos, and related link pages.
  3. Users may not create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that violates laws, regulations, and policies, including but not limited to:

   - Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;

   - Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

   - Harming national honor and interests;

   - Inciting racial hatred and discrimination, and undermining national unity;

   - Undermining the state's religious policies, promoting cults and superstitions;

   - Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;

   - Inducing minors to commit crimes and disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist, or criminal behavior;

   - Insulting or defaming others and infringing on their legitimate rights and interests;

   - Harming social ethics and damaging cultural traditions;

   - Providing illegal content from unauthorized sources;

   - Other content prohibited by relevant laws and regulations.

  1. Users may not create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of the APP or infringes on the rights of others.
  2. Users are responsible for their behavior during their use of the APP service and shall bear legal liability for any violations.


  1. Rules for Users Using the APP
  2. Any content transmitted or published by the user in or through the APP service does not reflect the views or policies of the Company, and the Company shall not be responsible for any such content.
  3. Users shall not use this account or the APP service for:

   - Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing other people's avatars or information;

   - Forcing or inducing others to follow or click on links;

   - Falsifying facts or concealing the truth to mislead others;

   - Using technical means to create false accounts in bulk;

   - Engaging in illegal or criminal activities;

   - Making or publishing methods or tools related to illegal activities;

   - Other acts that violate laws, infringe upon rights, or interfere with the normal operation of the APP.

  1. Users are responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of the information they transmit. If any damage is caused to the APP, the Company, or any third party, the user shall compensate for the damages.


  1. Service Fees
  2. Some services of this product are provided for a fee due to the virtual nature and characteristics of transcription services. The virtual products consumed cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you order and pay for fee-based services, you are obligated to pay the corresponding service fees on time according to the relevant standards and methods.
  3. The Company will confirm the fees for your request to use our services before payment on the relevant order pages. The Company has the right to adjust service fees based on various factors while providing pricing explanations.
  4. Once an order enters “Processing” status, no cancellation or refund will be accepted. The Company does not accept any form of price bargaining. If you have questions on service fees, you may contact customer support.


VII. Declaration of Intellectual Property Rights and Other Legal Rights Protection

  1. The APP's upload and usage features are designed for users to share their own creations or works from legitimate sources. The Company respects intellectual property and legal rights. Users should ensure they possess the rights for the content they upload.
  2. Your content. You may provide input to AI services ("Input") and receive output generated by the services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output collectively constitute "Content." You own all Input. Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company assigns to you all rights to Output.
  3. Users acknowledge that the accuracy of Automated Transcription depends on many factors. Users are responsible for the information they transmit using this account or the services of this APP.
  4. Users should ensure they have obtained permission from depicted persons and that the content does not infringe upon personal rights or copyrights.


VIII. Service Risk Statement

  1. The user understands and agrees that the APP service involves Internet and mobile communication services, which may be affected by various factors. The service has the risk of interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure or other factors.
  2. The Company does not guarantee the timeliness, safety, or accuracy of the service and shall not be responsible for any failures or errors caused by such factors.
  3. The Company promises to deal with system failures affecting the normal operation of the APP service in a timely manner. However, the Company shall not be responsible for any economic or mental losses incurred by users as a result.
  4. The Company shall have the right to stop the transmission of any content and take appropriate actions in accordance with the law. The Company reserves the right to refuse and delete any content that may violate the Terms and Conditions.


  1. Additional Information
  2. The Company advises users to carefully read and consider the terms and conditions that exclude the responsibility of the APP and the Company and limit user rights. Minors should be accompanied by legal guardians to read this Agreement.
  3. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or submitted to the courts of the state where the Company is located.
  4. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
  5. The failure of the Company to exercise any rights or provisions shall not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  6. The Company may update or supplement the content of this Agreement. The updated terms shall prevail and are inseparable from this Agreement.
  7. The Company reserves the right to interpret the provisions of this Agreement.
