Free Shipping on All Orders


Delivery Timeframe:

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days. (Please note: Delivery times for pre-sale products may vary based on their arrival dates.)

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship within the United States and Canada. (Note: Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local/state laws, hazardous materials, oversized or uniquely shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers are unable to deliver to.)

Shipping Method:

  • Our logistics carriers: UPS, USPS, Amazon, and Fedex handle the shipping of our products. We will select the most efficient carrier for your order.

Multiple Items in One Order:

  • We strive to deliver all your items together. However, some products may be shipped separately due to varying shipping methods depending on the item. You will receive a shipment notification email once each item has been dispatched.

Changing Delivery Address:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the package is in transit. However, you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and place a new order with the correct details.

Important Notes:

  • If an order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placement, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees that may apply.
  • If an incorrect address is provided by the customer and results in the package being lost or undeliverable, the customer will bear the loss. We will not replace the order or issue a refund under these circumstances.

Receiving Incorrect Products:

  • If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact our customer support at
